Remove belt pulley usually found on crank front end, and whatever cowling there might be as well. Stop when you see the front of the ckank resting in the first bearing position Separate engine from gear box Separate clutch/torque converter from fly wheel Remove oil pan (remove oil pump) Undo the bolts holding the big end of the conrods together Undo the bolts clamping the crank to the engine block Remove the crank
Pull the front cover off of it, Behind the Crankshaft balancer, The sensor is there. a diagram of how to install a creckshaft sensor.
Take the crankshaft bolt off,big bolt holding the crankshaft to the engine, can be a little difficult pull the crankshaft out and the bolts should be right there,go in through the wheel well, youll have to remove your passenger tire first

You need a special puller. You can lease it in AutoZone.
It's below the oil filter. Just loosen the screw, pull out, and replace.
You have to remove the bolt on the pulley, then use a appropriate puller, to pull it off, just remember you need an insert(at least 4.5 to 5" long) that goes inside of the hole that pushes against the crankshaft. The puller has to push on this insert
Con rod is short for 'Connecting Rod'. It is the physical link between the rotating crankshaft, and the piston. It allows the rotating force of the crankshaft to push and pull, up and down, the piston in the cylinder
The correct removal tool pushes on the end of the crankshaft while it pulls on the balancer. If you don't have the correct tool, you need one.
if your fuel pressure is still good i would replace the crankshaft position sensor , it is located behind the crankshaft pulley, you will have to pull it with a puller.
You need to use a gear puller, as it is a press on, taper fit.
Pull aff ac bracket and the wire will lead you there
