Pull the air filter out and it is right below it on the frame.
If it has fog lights, you turn the headlights on and pull the switch out.
You have to remove the inner panel from the inside (not easy), and find the correct linkage to push/pull/pry on to get the door to release.

under the hood passenger side on thr firewall, rectangular plate w/ plug, 2 screws, and pull resistor out. if no screws, pry out w/ screwdriver from the drivers side of it.
Pull back the rug and insulation.
Unscrew light from bumper. Turn socket 1/4 turn counterclock. Pull socket out of cover. Pull bulb out of socket.
