change the bell housing
Most likely the gearbox mounts are failing and need replacing. This can cause this problem even when the engine mounts are fine.
Usualy three front and two sides the back is held up by the gearbox which is in turn held up by the gearbox mount.
You may have to relocate the engine and gearbox mounts but with a little patience I did.
You can buy Mounts in different citys. Or you can go to your class.
actually cheaper to buy a different car. to convert from auto to manuel, you will need a new gearbox and bellhousing. a clutch. a flywheel.a clutch pedal, and master and slave cylander for clutch.most likely need to buy a different drive shaft. then you will need to put it all in the car. you may even have to change gearbox mounts to accomadate different gear box.then if starter is different you will need new starter to match new flywheel
No. The tranny mounts are a different pattern.
You need to swap the engine and the tranny, use the mounts from the engine mounts from the accent, but the top mount has to come from an elantra 1.8L also, use the computer and wiring harness for the 4g63t. I put a 4g63 in a colt, basically the same car, goes like snot!
Yes it will, it slots more or less straight in same as the VR6, smae mounts, bolts straight up to the gearbox etc. However the wiring loom needs a lot of modification to accomodate the different telemetry systems.
Yes, Chief Manufacturing makes TV mounts. They have many different types of mounts for televisions. Including wall mounts, table stands, and swinging wall mounts. Plus several other mounts are available from this company.
No, but the mounts themselves are different, and the 1979 may have an extra pair of mounts for the cab.
