Like give a dude a headache by turning their picture upside down then say something like "May your head hurt while you think of the wrong you did me!" Or maybe something worse.

Now remember that all you do comes back to you. If you hurt an innocent, the curse will reverse and hurt you instead. I repeat, magic is not to be used lightly.

A reverse curse is a blessing or good luck charm. Such powers do not exist. Therefor curses and blessings do not exist.

Interestingly enough a lot of people claim to know someone who was cursed/blessed and had a string of bad or good luck, or feels that they were cursed or blessed and had a number of misfortunes or lucky turns of event. The second hand proofs of these supernatural effects are urban legends - just empty stories made up to impress others. The first hand examples usually result from preferential observations. What this means is, if you are "cursed" and buy into the reality or power of the curse, you subconsciously sift through the day's events looking for proof of the curse. As an example, if you have breakfast with good Orange Juice, a good bowl of cereal, on sunny day with birds singing in the trees but burn your tongue on the hot coffee - you focus on that one bad event as proof of the curse. If you were blessed you'd ignore the coffee incident and concentrate on the good stuff

The person cursing someone is essentially a bully trying to worry someone else through empty threats. The person receiving the curse, and feeling it has any impact, has to buy in to the bully's threat and then actively pick through their life to find examples of the curse working - while ignoring all the good things that happen. Then we have folks that will scrubb off the curse - for a price.

In general life is scary enough - accidents, sickness and death happen. Nobody likes any threat to add to the normal burden of bad events - even when the threat is empty.
