clocks were put back by one second
Remove the four screws that hold the back on.remove the cover, inside there should be a gold cover through which you can see the battery. At one end there is what looks like a hinge this is in fact the release used a tiny flat screw driver in the center slot to release it.Then the battery can be removed and a new one can be put in.Then click the release back in place to hold the battery in and then screw the back on job done.

In those countries which use Daylight Savings systems, clocks are put forward when the scheme starts and are but back when it ends. A handy way to remember this is "Spring forward, fall back" In Spring, putting the clock forward an hour means that the sun 'appears' to rise and set an hour later than it would do otherwise. It was a device introduced - largely - for agricultural workers. As so few people work on the land nowadays I don't understand why it is maintained, other than custom and practice. it greatly disrupts international trade as some countries use it and others don't.
The yellow leaves will turn in to green gradually when the plant is put back in the sun.
installing a double action spring hing
The lamps are spring loaded on one side. Push the lamp towards the center and remove. Put in bulb and snap back in.
Which spring?? Which pistol??
Wear Eye Protection, take the Spring out, replace the Pin and Bushings, Compress the Spring in a Vise, and install at least Two Wires through it, while compressed, secure these wires. Put spring, back between detents, Close Door partway and cut Wire Ties on Spring.
Take out a hinge pin, put a slight bend in it by hitting it with a hammer, tap it back in. If it doesn't work, do the next hinge pin.
The belt tensioner is spring loaded and can be un-tensioned with a 1/2" drive breaker bar or ratchet , route the belt and then let the tensioner go.
With a 15mm socket wrench on the center nut of the tension pulley (second highest pulley) turn anti-clock wise (carefully it wont turn. its spring loaded) & the belt will loosen so u can slide it off. Draw a diagram of the belt sequence first of course so u can put it back on the same way. Once removed you will know how to put it back on, same as taking off, beware of spring loaded tension pulley!.. Good luck, it's really quite simple!.. Terry.
take out the two screws on the turn signal lights, the metal strip above the lenses is on a spring hinge. Simply pull the lenses toward you and the metal strip will spring up. Put the new lense in the groove on the metal strip above lense and push back in. Put in your screws for the turn signal light and your all set. Good luck
For the home "do-it-yourselfer":. I put the belt around all the wheels except the alternator, then I put a strong rope around the belt and as I pulled it up around the alternator wheel with the rope my son used a screw driver to guide it on, and it worked. You have to pull it hard to compress the spring loaded smooth wheel on the bottom back. There are suggestions to put it on the smooth wheels first but there is no easy way to do that. one of the bottom back smooth wheels is spring loaded and you have to pull the belt hard to compress that spring and make it go on. You can't do that easily and get it around one of the smooth guides, hence I came up with using a rope around the alternator because it is the easiest wheel to get at.
In construction or home supply, you tell the hinge of a door from the outside or from the side that the door opens away from. Looking at it. Your way is the same if you think about it. In either case, it would be a right hand hinge.
tension pullys have a small square in the side that a rachet will fit in.. they are "spring loaded" and if you put a ratchet in it you should be able to pull it back with ease and remove the belt hope this helps
