When you donvert the video file to MPEG-4, you can put it on to your iPod. When you put your iPod into the PC, iTunes should start. When it connnects to your iPod, you will see your iPod come under the 'Devices' tab. Click on the name of your iPod and you'll see a screen like the one in the Related Links down on the bottom of the page.
