The antenna is at ski hill bye the pole.
they put the antennas in 1974.
Buy the replacement antenna from Infiniti if you can afford their inflated price, and follow the directions, it's not that hard. Essentially you undo the ring nut where the antenna goes into the car, turn the radio on so the antenna rises, and it will shove it out of the shaft, along with the ribbed nylon strip that shoves the antenna up and down. To put in the new one, simply thread the nylon strip in the same way the old one came out and have someone turn off the radio. Feed the antenna back in, and put the nut back on. Good Luck!
There is not a specific place to put it.
there is a cable inside the housing. that cable must have snapped (common) i would replace entire antenna, with either new power or save about $80 and put a mast style in

You have to find the screw driver and then use it to get the batters and put them in the remote and press the button and then the antenna will turn on.
Put it between the Head deck and antenna.
Not all antenna work indoors, but there are some available. An antenna should always be put outside where possible to avoid the walls of the building affecting the signal strength.
just screw it off and put other on!
