How do you realign the driver's side door for a 4 door 1998 Chevrolet Blazer?

The same thing happened to my 98 blazer. I just took it to the body shop, what happened was because the door got out of alignment somehow, the hinge got all messed up just have someone replace the hinges and make sure the door is level. Do this asap, because what will happen is that the weight of the door will begin to rest on the latch and that can start to pull away from the frame of the truck. That's where I am now and it's no fun wondering if your door is going to fall off on top of that I need a door panel...can anyone help me?
