in a 93, there is an electronic rocker switch on the front lip of the seats, maybe the same for 95.

The seating for the A320 for US airlines is; 2-2 for Buisness class 3-3 for Economy class Economy Class has 2 center exit rows, typically seats in the first exit row do not recline. Bathrooms are in the rear of the airplane. Avoid these seats because fliers line up back here.

How to fold down rear seats in 1998 Saturn
The buttons are on the side of the seat. On the passenger side there is a lever to recline the pass seat all the way. I cannot remember if the drivers has that lever. Just got rid of mine Kathy
There should be a strap at the rear bottom base of the seats. Pull this strap and tip forward. The seats will lift out.
My guess is that the levers are used to recline the seatbacks like they do in my father's Chrysler Sebring.
