There is no one stop cure. It will take time and effort on your part but realizing that you need to do something is a huge start to the process. There is therapy, self-help books, researching the internet, etc. I would do them all because sometimes there will be things/information that will "hit the spot" and make a difference in your life. You will feel much better once you get started. Just take it one day at a time and that way is doesn't feel so overwhelming.
It takes about six months to recover. There will be a lot of physical therapy to do, make sure he really does everything the therapist tells him to do.
No. That's unpleasant, but not necessarily narcissistic.
Narcissistic rage when feeling humiliated. Priscilla reveals in her autobiography how stunned she was whenever she playfully threw a pillow at him or slapped him - he beat her up in a frenzy. This is classic narcissistic behaviour of one who is generally regarded by outsiders to be a "really nice guy."
I think that would depend on why you would want to do that?
LYING. Narcissists can't FEEL genuine emotion. They are just WORDS to him.
Yes. Go onto: www.google.com Then type in: Treatment for Narcissistic Personality Disorder?" Don't be surprised to find that there is little help because Narcissists are not labeled "Narcissistic" without a good reason. They feel they are right and everyone else is wrong, so it's highly doubtful they would ever seek counseling and if they did they wouldn't believe what the counselor told them anyway. Few Narcissistic people are every helped and therefore it's difficult to really study a group of people that are narcissistic.
really hot

Ok, this isn't really that kind of awnser that youmight want: recover means: if you have knitted some clothes that you have wear it instead of buying new clothes.
The Undertaker has not retired. He is taking time off to recover from surgery.
