First prise up and remove the door armrest to the rear of the window switch and then prise up the complete window switch panel (including padded area) FRONT EDGE FIRST. Continue to lift and prise from the front edge until the panel can be pulled forward so the tab on the rear edge can slide out from under the armrest frame.

the window motor is bad. order a motor . then have it replaced. easy to do your self. former Toyota tech.I would try replacing the switch that controls the problem window first.
