I just did it at the junk yard. It's just clips. 4 metal ones up top (1 under each headlight, one either side of grill) and then 10 or 12 plastic tab/hook things. Gently push/pull forward.
The 1995 Ford Taurus front bumper is held in place by four retaining bolts and six retaining clips. Remove the retaining bolts and pry outward on the retaining clips.
* Remove the front bumper fascia * Unplug the horn electrical connector and remove the bracket bolt
While this link is for the front quarter panel removal instructions, there is a part that requires the removal of the front bumper as well... Hope it helps: http://www.carboneracing.com/fender.html

1. Remove the two bolts underneath the ends of the front bumper with a socket wrench. 2. Unfasten the six clips underneath the front bumper along the center with a screwdriver. 3. Remove the two clips on the top of the front bumper next to the radiator, using a screwdriver. 4. Unfasten the screw that secures the front bumper to each fenderwell, using a screwdriver. The fenderwells are the void areas where the front tires sit in the vehicle frame. 5. Lift the front bumper off the frame of the Honda Odyssey and set it out of the way.
I have a 93 sable, but it should be the same. There are two mounting areas on each side of the bumper with 3 bolts in each of them. You will have to access them from underneath the car. There are also two bolts which attach the bumper on each side of the car. remove the front bolts first, then remove the ones on the side. then you and a helper grab each side of the bumper and slide it out towards the front of the car. once you remove the bumper, you will see two slotted areas on the sides of the bumper. you need to re-align those with a round metal part (you'll see it once you remove the bumper), when you re-install the bumper.
