The rotor is threaded right hand, turning clockwise will drive the bolt inward, this will push the rotor off the truck. On_mitch
Remove wheel RE-install 2 lug nuts to hold rotor in place Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Use a "c" Clamp to fully retract piston into caliper body Replace inner and outer pads RE-Install Caliper PUMP BRAKE PEDAL TO SET PADS AGAINST ROTOR PRIOR TO MOVING VEHICLE
Jack up car, remove wheel, remove brake caliber. the rotor will pull right off
ON MY 92 TRACKER, THERE ARE TWO HOLES IN THE ROTOR THAT YOU PUT 8mm BOLTS INTO. THEN YOU ALTERNATELY TIGHTEN DOWN THE BOLTS AND THE ROTOR IS SLOWLY DRAWN OFF OF THE HUB. BASICALLY THE BOLTS PUSH AGAINST THE HUB AND THE ROTOR IS DRAWN UP THE THREADS OF THE BOLTS AWAY FROM THE HUB. USE A PRY BAR ACROSS/BETWEEN THE LUG STUDS AND HOLD WITH ONE HAND WHILE YOU TURN THE RATCHET ON THE BOLT WITH THE OTHER, SO THE HUB DOES NOT SPIN WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO TIGHTEN THE BOLTS.
dot 3 is the brake fluid to use in all trackers

to remove brake rotors you will need to remove the hub assembly. you will need a slide hammer. unless you have this tool and lots of patience i would recommend letting a mechanic work on it.
Remoce wheels Remove 2 caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Remove rotor
You need to get the rotor off to replace studs with new ones.
