The wheel bearing(s) inside. The may be a seal on the back side. if so pry out. Pack new bearings with grease & put in rotor like the old ones. Replace seal if applicable (new if damaged). Reverse procedure & torque center nut to about 10#-don't overdo or you will fry new bearings. Don't forget cotter pins. You can hand pack bearings or get a cheap packer from auto parts store. To hand pack, put wheel bearing grease on the palm of your hand & scrape it off with bearing while you simultaneously rotate. You must fully penetrate & avoid air pockets.

(hang it on a bent cloths hanger.............remove the bearing cover...........remove the cotter pin.......remove bearing nut.........pull off the rotor and wheel bearing..........remove bearings from the rotor and clean very good with solvent and repack the bearings with wheel bearing grease to be ready to install in turned rotor or new rotor.....now replace rotor and tighten the nut very tight to seat the bearings then back off nut tighten the nut " hand tight plus 1/4 turn and install the cotter pin....remove the top off of the break fluid resivor and some kind of squeezing device to push the pucks back in and have plenty of cloths under the resavor in case fluid pumps over,install the pads and clips and caliper then the wheel . you may want to put some brake anti-squeel on the back of the pads before you install then.............good luck ERh

After you remove the bolt you should be able to slide the hub off. Remove the ten 10mm bolts that go around the drum cover, Once bolts are removed you will need to carefully pry off the cover as it is very snug, There are slots to do this from above four different areas around the cover, Once removed you will see the drum for the brakes, Make sure you loosen both hand and foot brake cables. You should be able to slide off the drum, This will expose the brake shoes. Pry off brake shoes by hand unless you just want to inspect shoes. There is a wear indicator marker located on the brake arm where the cable adjustments are, I would replace all the springs of your gonna change the shoes. Installation is just reverse of removal, Make sure you use a new cotter pin! Good luck.
