Should be 3 8mm bolts along the bottom unscrew them (maybe 4, can't remember exactly) then you have to work with it to get around the stoppers, it also has little plastic pins on both sides that it pivots on. once you get it past the stoppers you should see the pins you just have to push in one side at a time to get it out

The dashboard of a 1985 Honda Civic is held together by a series of mounting screws. To remove the dashboard loosen all of the mounting screws. Pull the remaining clips off and take off the dash.
Remove all screws and plugs. You will need a small flathead screwdriver to 'pop' the pin that holds the window winder in place ( behind it) then pull the bottom of the door trim outwards and lift it upwards. wind window all the way down first so not to scratch the glass as you remove the trim.
