pretty much green stains in your grout are algae growing, The easiest way to remove is if you use liquid chlorine put some in a spray bottle and spray down stained area be sure to protect your clothing and surrounding area from getting bleached. If you use chlorine or bromine tabs or sticks, Wet the grout and with rubber gloves on rub the tab or stick along the stained area and let sit for as long as you like,Repeat as necessary. You can try to clean it with bleach or a special grout cleaner. White grout tends to turn yellow with time. You may want to dig out some of the grout and put new over it. Then be sure to seal the grout - an ongoing process.

Grass stains are tricky to remove, and since your trousers are white it will be most efficient to soak them in bleach. Rinse out the stain as best you can and then soak it in bleach. When the stain is gone, rinse the garment and wash it as you normally would. If the stain is still there after 15 minutes of soaking, it is probably not going to come out.
