remove the plastic coverings from around the steering wheel (3 screws on the bottom), turn the ignition to the running position and take a small screwdriver and move the pin up on the bottom of the ignition cylender and pull it out.

No, the B4000 is a rebadged Ford Ranger.
There is 6 or 8 bolts on the bottom side of the bed take those off and remove gas neck and it should come right off.
I called any dealership parts department and not only will they provide a picture they also provide instructions...
