Lots of vacuum lines and electrical plug ins. Good thing is theelectrical plug ins are all different, and can only go one way, on the correct fitting. You cant get them mixed up. The electrical for the 8 fuel injectors and 8 coil packs (on top of plugs) are in a loom, so you cant mess that up either. There are 10 bolts to remove to take of the plenum, 5 on each side. The back ones seem impossible to get to, but you can get all of the with a 3/8" ratchet and 6" extension. I would suggest taking the 8 coil packs off first, because there is not enough room in the back to lift straight up. You will need to do it anyway to put it back together. You will also need to take the two fuel lines off with that special tool to let the fuel rail come with the plenum. As far as vacuum lines, use a little trial and error. Not nearly as much needs to be unhooked as it first appears. Take your time, and if u feel like marking certain lines with some masking tape to indicate where it goes back to, more power to ya. Also, make some drawings on a notebook before you start, on whatever looks like a problem to you. Also, if you take parts of the right side, put them in the back of the truck on the same side, obviously, do the same on the left. Later on, you will have more hints on where things went. I.E.--a vacuum line or electrical line looks confusing, take masking tape a mark where it came off 1 and 1, 2 and 2, marking each end of the tape. TAKE YOU TIME AND DOCUMENT AND DRAW!!!!!

You need to replace an engine for a Ford F250 Triton 10 2005 for about $3000.
Under the hood
The intake on the 1979 Ford 302 engine is different than the intake on the 1993 Ford 302 engine. The intakes are not interchangeable.
From what I have been told the knock sensor on a Ford Triton V10 is under the intake manifold. According to local Ford Dealer intake manifold has to be removed to replace the sensor. I am looking for diagram to see if there is another way. I will have to find engine manual to be sure and will post if I find anything new. A Pack Rat ate the wire leads off of mine.
On the inside of the valve covers in the intake manifold valley. You probably have Coil-Over-Plugs (COP) they are next to the injector solenoids.
if it is a dohc engine then you may have to remove the intake manifold
