The glass on all hardbody model nissans is held in by the rubber gasket (with no adhesive). From inside the vehicle (with a helper outside to hold the glass as it comes out, roll the gasket in and towards the glass starting in one corner (top right or left is usually easiest). Apply some pressure to the glass near the gasket as you do, work your way across the top. Then down one side and the other. The glass should eventually loosen enough to lift out of the body. To reinstall, use a piece of twine (like butchers cotton string) placed in the groove of the gasket with the ends at the bottom, set the window into place with the bottom lip of the gasket properly aligned in the body opening, gently pull the string inwards while lightly pressing the glass from outside. This should roll the gasket lip in and around the body edges. Be careful, as you can cut the gasket if you pull too aggressively. As you get about halfway around, hold the other end of the string that's still at the bottom, as it will want to slide in the gasket and pull through.
