you have to remove the turn signal light and some of the trim (grill) to get to the screws that hold the light assembly in place. 10 minute job.
remove passenger side signal front light first then passenger headlight and horn should be right behind below the side passenger signal light!
pretty sure its under the passenger side head light

A flashing check engine light means an engine cylinder misfire has been detected
Fix the problem it is telling you about - It will jsut come back on if you dont M
You should clarify your problem or question. Is it the front or rear signal light? Is the tail light coming on with the signal light? Are none of the lights coming on at all?
