you need the special keys that slide down the side of the radio to unlock it from its casing, you can get them from halfords, there are many different type of keys so be sure you get the correct ones once you insert the keys into the radio it should slide out of its casing with a gentle tug, and you can then unclip the wiring loom and aerial
