You go to the local hardware store and pick up a torx bit driver for a t15. It looks like a screwdriver with a starbit head instead of a flathead or phillips.
t15 torx screw at the top of the fixture, remove it, bulb sockets press tab and rotate counterclockwise 18/turn
By the door handle, there's that little plastic cap. Pop that off, T15 driver to remove the screw. Remove the bezel. In the 'door close pull', remove the false cover. 7mm screw. Go along the edge of the door trim. At the back and bottom (front doors only) are two more T15 screws. Remove them. Finally, use a trim puller to remove the door panel. Don't just pull, you'll break the door panel itself, and Ford charges a good $700 for new ones.
at rear of car remove the t15 torx head screw at top of fixture pull fixture out at the top grab socket, depress latch, twist counterclockwise
It should be a number T15 or T20.
For the up/down aiming there is a screw (need a t5 or t15..something like that) on the top center of each light. You have to remove the plastic covering above the headlights. There is another screw in the vertical position on the ouside edge of the headlight for left right aiming. Hope this helps!
Common failure on these cars. By the handle is a small round cap. Pop that off. Remove the T15 screw. Going along the border of the door, there's a T15 screw near the window (same height as the door handle) and another on the bottom. In the hand-pull, possibly under a little piece of vinyl, is a 7mm bolt. Then use a trim puller along the edges to remove the clips holding the door panel on. The top couple, you'll need to just pull it off. It's easy to break the tabs though. Once the door panel is off, it's a single 10mm bolt to remove the handle.
remove the 2 t15 screws in the taillight remove the assy. turn bulb socket out and replace
135 - T20, T15, D15
Clockwise to screw in, counterclockwise to remove
Remove the screw
A pretty easy job. There is a T15 screw between the headlamp and parking lamp assemblies. Remove that screw, which will losen the park lamps. Slide it out, making sure to slide off the lamp seal along the radiator side of the lamp, and then remove the harnesses, put it aside. Remove 3 bolts from the headlamp assembly. Bolts only as any screw you try to remove will only adjust the headlamp angle. Anyways, remove the three bolts, slowly slide the headlamp assembly towards you, removing the seal from this assembly and then slide the lamp off the locating pin. Remove the wire harnesses and you are done. Replace in the reverse order. > 2001 Dakota here- uses a T-10 torx screw for the parking lamp assembly and 10mm sockets for the headlight. The T-15 worked for the headlight adjustment screws- I found that when wrestling this beast before reading the posts :)
I believe you are referring to either a t5 or a t150 transmission. So the answer is no, a t15 will not fit.
