How do you remove an old burned out brake light bulb on a 1998 Kia Sephia?

open the trunk pull off the plastic carpet looking stuff right behind the burned out bulb, 1/4 twist couter clockwise the recepticle for the brakelight pull old bulb out and put in new bulb. then sell your car as fast as you can. it only gets worse
