if this truck is the old style of Ford, it can be easy. First remove all of the interior trim around the window, you may have to remove 5-6 pieces, most use a screw drive. next remove all of the outer trim, also these pieces use a screw driver too. To remove the window you can use those knives that cut really good, I think they are called exactoe knives ?? the blades are thin and sharpe. You cut from the inside of the truck, be careful not to cut your finger off! As you cut the glue put sight pressure on the window to separate as you cut. watch for breaking blades too. After you separate the window from the truck, you and a buddy should carry the old window off of the truck, using gloves. If all goes well ther window may have cracks from the pressure, but not completed busted up. after the old window is removed, you well notice tiny blocks at the bottom of the window. These are spacers, they help keep the window from sliding down. (you will NEED these again for the new window)Remove most of the glue(urathane) and make sure it is level and not too much rust around the glue. U can clean up some of the rust by sanding it off.On the new window you should use a urathane glue, most brands are black and very sticky, hard to get off your skin. Can buy the glue from a glass shop or a well known parts store. you should install the window on a very warm day, for it helps the glue to stick and dry better. about an inch on the inside of the window run a bead of the glue all around the window and keep the bead of glue about the same thickness, also apply a bead of glue on the truck. Before you lay the window down place those spacers at the bottom, so the window can rest on them. Two people should carry the window and carefully set the window in place, adjust window , then use ducttape on outside of window to hold down. keep windows open for about half a day then install trim good luck!!

First, remove the windshield wipers. Then you can remove the cowel just in front of the windshield. There are a bunch of screws connecting it to the firewall. Once you remove this, close the hood. Now everything is easily accessible and the rest is intuitive. Replace everything by using the opposite procedure.
