im in the process of this job and for the most part its easy. I removed the intake and exhaust manifolds, the Power Steering pump, the fuel-rail, left motor mount, but i am getting stuck around the time chain case.
I have a 1990 Buick Skylark and I need to remove the oil pan. How do you do it ? Help!! Just remove the spash shields in the way of the pan then remove the bolts from the pan and replace the gasket. You can find Buick manuals from Chiltons on Amazon for these cars. They're cheap nowadays.

You cannot repair a blown head gasket, you must remove the heads and replace the gasket.
