You remove the old radio and put a new radio in its place. A vague question gets a vague answer.
all you have to doo is take off the black trim around the radio. there is like #3 10 mm screws pull them out and switch radios
Pull the plastic trim that surrounds the radio and center stack, remove the screws that hold it in, pull it out and unplug it. Reverse to install.
