There are a flat head nuts on the back side of the bummer, you will need to remove these nuts then pull the bolts out. the bumper (if it has not already done so) the bumper will fall off. If you also wish to remove the braces you can do so just as easily.
I think it should, it's the same Generation so most of the stuff for it should bolt on as well.

No you do not need to remove the bumper. You just need to remove the assorted hardware on top of the radiator including the metal rail - no need to disconnect the hood release cable, just lay the metal rail out of the way.
