Use a pin spanner wrench on the left hand cam to hold the whole timing set stationary, and use a wrench on the bolt on either/both cam sprockets.
You must install a wedge in the timing cover between the two strands of chain that go up to the cam gear before you remove the cam gear from the shaft to hold the chain tensioner. The tensioner includes a ratchet, and won't retract after it extends without removing the whole front cover and tensioner from the motor. Dodge sells the wedge tool, or make your own.
Have the motor at TDC before taking anything apart. The cams will tend to rotate due to valve spring pressure. Hold them in place with channellocks to put the sprockets back on.
Mark the chain and sprocket so you can put it on exactly the same as it came off.
