remove the seal and slide it to the side
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. 2. Remove the instrument panel glove box. 3. Remove the front screw from the right doorsill plate. 4. Remove the right pillar trim plate. 5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the blower motor. 6. Remove the bolt from the right lower IP support. 7. Remove the blower motor cover. 8. Remove the motor cooling tube. 9. Remove the blower motor flange screws and remove the motor.
take the front grill support off if the engine is in the car. then remove the plate covering the cam. then remove the cam?. it is alot easier with the engine on a stand.
Turn on wiper and stop ignition when blades are in center of windshield. Remove plastic drip shhield. Unbolt wiper actuater bar (2- 8mm bolts) Loosen star bolt in center of of plate on motor shaft(T-25?) and tap bolt with dead hammer whhile holding plate to loosen plate on spline shaft. Remove star bolt and plate. Don't move motor shaft. remove 3 statr bolts holding to support plate. Unplug connector.
The Main Central Thrust is a major geological fault where the Indian Plate has pushed under the Eurasian Plate along the Himalaya.
Underneath front of motor by radiator. Remove the skid plate .
Disconnect battery. Remove inner door panel. Unplug connector. Drill out rivets (or remove screws if previously replaced); on forward regulator mounting plate; remove 3 motor mounting rivets/screws. Push reg. mounting plate outward to remove motor. Reattach new motor to regulator and harness temporarily. Recon. battery and confirm that it works. If so, tighten all hardware and reinstall panel.
First be sure to throw the breaker to cut off the electricity to the motor. At the back of the motor there is a plate secured with screws. Remove the screws and expose the terminals. Unscrew the terminal screws and remove the wires including the ground wire. You should now be able to pull the wires out through the casing and remove the motor.

You need to remove the front drive line, remove the encoder motor assy. On the bench remove the motor and plate together to expose the gears, mark the gears with a sharpy and remove the big gear, the sensor is on the bottom. plug in new sensor and reverse to assemble.
In the bent axis pump,the pistons are at an angle to the drive shaft and thrust plate. The connecting rods are attached to the thrust plate and revolve with it , unlike the swash plate pump where the piston rods slide past a stationary swash plate. In the swash plate pump the rotating shaft and plate are shown in silver.
Main Mantle Thrust fault (MMT) is a regional fault in the Northern Pakistan, lower swat of Pakistan. It is formed due to the collusion of INDIAN PLATE with the EURASIAN plate, which had happened in cretaceous age. It is the last boundary of INDIAN PLATE, beyond this to the NORTH is Kohistan Island Arc(KIA). KIA is the area between INDIAN PLATE and EURASIAN PLATE. Beyond the KIA towards the NORTH is Main Karakorum Thrust fault(MKT). Both are the thrust faults and the characteristics of thrust faults is that it brings the older rocks over the younger rocks. The flex plate is bolted to the back of the crankshaft. It connects the motor to the torque converter in the transmission. To replace you remove the transmission and replace it.
