the top of the "frame" around the radio, fan controls has a cover in the middle which hides a screw, remove the screw and there are two clips about and inch up from the bottom of each side of the "frame", then just remove the four screws holding the radio in and unplug the clip in the rear of the radio, i can't remember if you need to disconnect the fan controls first, but they are all on one plater and they have have four screws holding that plate in as well
