if you dont have the correct puller,you can remove it by tapping the smaller pulley inwards [towards rear of block] with a block of timber,so as not to damage pulley and a 5lb hammer at opposite sides of pulley,example 9 to 3 oclock position.until the small locking cone inside the small pulley becomes loose. you might have to give it a few sharp blows but it will loosen as i have done it a few times.
