start by taking your dash gauges out, that way you can see what your doing, self explanatory from there
Most older GM headlight switches are removed by (diconnect battery) reaching under dash to the headlight switch and depressing the small release button at the top of the switch while pulling on the stem for the switch then unplug the wire harness. There is a stem nut behind the knob that fastens the assy to the dash surface.
Remove 2 nuts that hold it in place and disconnect it form the headlight. It should pivot out of position.
The brake light switch is on a bracket near the base of the steering column.
Depends on the model of the vehicle. Older models have the switch on floorboard. Newer models have the switch on the steering column. Can not say unless you specify make and model. Corvette 1977
Easy 4 to 6 bolts.
check the fuses, bulbs, relays, headlight switch, and the multi function switch in steering column. also check to see if you have lost the ground to the bulb sockets.
