I had the same question when I put a head gasket on my 89 LX. The head has to come off in order to remove the intake manifold. There is no other way around this.
under the intake manifold. you have to remove all intake hose and intake manifold itself to get to the starter.
No, absolutely not. All you have to remove is the starter.
behind the intake manifold
you take the intake out and put it by the manifold
for a 4 cylinder , its located under the intake manifold.
A leaking manifold seal on the intake will cause a popping noise on the 1996 Honda Accord. This can heard most clearly on days when the weather is cold because the seals tend to shrink.
Right ontop of the starer. you can remove and clean but you probably are going to have to remove intake manifold and clean all the carbon. check engine on my 2000 Honda accord v6 came on. codes read not enough air flow, change egr valve. removed and it really wasnt dirty. Honda tech adviced to clean intake manifold. problem fixed.
Are you trying to remove the exhaust manifold, the muffler,or just the line running from the manifold connection to the muffler?
If it is a 4 cylinder engine, it is under the intake manifold and is a pain to change.
It is located next to the gas tank. No it is not. It's under the intake manifold. You must remove the intake manifold to get to it.
not a Honda but a Chevy astovan should i install wet or dry?
Answer There are two o2 sensors, one on the intake manifold and the other on the catalytic converter.where is the oxygen sensor located on 99 Honda accord
