Look closely at the drum - you will see two threaded holes 180 degrees apart. You insert a standard metric stud/bolt in each hole (I believe they are 8mm - but I'm not by my truck right now). As you turn the bolts, the drum will be pushed off the axle. Turn each one a little at a time to ensure the drumcomes off straight. Tapping the drum with a hammer as you twist the screws helps - its the vibration.

You have to loose nuts and lift your car up. Then remove a wheel. There are two ways to remove brake drums. First using a hammer. Knocking the drum with a hammer in the direction opposite from the car. And second more efficient is to find two screws which fit threades in removing drum holes (two holes in a drum with a thread in it).
