Begin by removing the water supply hose to the top of the thermostat housing. Remove the thermostat housing retaining bolts. Lift the thermostat out and drop in the new thermostat.
Just pull it!
2 ways easiest is too remove inlet manifold other is too remove engine 3 ltrs only
Remove front bumper for full access
with a gallon of petrol and a lighter lol, or i can give you the scrap man's number that i used.
2 screws at bottom take cover off grab handle remove 2 10m bolts
at the front o/s wing! you will need to remove the plastic wheel arch guard to get to it.
hi there you have to remove the top engine mount and inlet manifold about 15 bolts its a bit potchy to get out and then you can get at the heater plugs
top hose from radiator will travel to the thermostat housing. thermostat is in this housing. normally has 3 bolts to remove the housing
remove the cowling covers around the steering wheel ,,,,,,,,,,,,, its under the top cover :) easy when you know where to look :)
Dissarm air bags, slide it along its track to find torx mounting bolts - four of them. Remove these and unplug the airbag wiring.

Above the glove box, the little cubbiehole, open it and remove felt base and u will see the fuses.
