Just unscrew them, there's no trick to it. If they're stripped pry under the edge with a knife to get them to back out.

Just unscrew the two screws that hold on the small clear lens and pop the bulb out.
The license plate lights are located just above the license plate. Open the tail gate part way to make removal easier (unless you enjoy squatting). Remove the Phillips screws and replace the affected bulb.
Theres a tab that holds the housing with the bulbs. Sqeeze the outside of the tabs towards the center and pull down. It should just pop out.

take license's plate off.then unbolt the two hex nuts at top of bumper this is the bolts to take off the housing holding the light over the license plate. then you have two screws to take off the bulb cover. push bulb down and twist to left to get out. just do this in reverse to put back together.
