You could try replacing the cabin air filter located on the passenger side under the dash. It could be holding smells much like upholstery can. Unfortunately they can be a little expensive (about $70 from Dodge dealer), but have a look (and a whiff) of the old one to see if it smells bad. If it does, replace it.
