how to remove wishbone t4 transporter
T4.
If you are under the car you can clearly see it. It's a bit to right hand side. Covered slightly by the metal/plastic cover under the engine. If you want to replace it - it can be best to remove the cover under the engine compartment. Will take a bit of time, but it will prevent you from dripping oil on it when you change the filter. It will only take like 10-15 minutes to change the oil and filter. The filter contain a bit of oil, so when you change the oil, you can add a bit extra to fill up the filter. The T4 use some oil all the time, so remember to check it regularly.
On a petrol 2.5 model it is accessed from underneath and slightly behind the front right wishbone (looking from the rear), near the fuel reservoir. Use a 30mm socket or tool to remove and replace it as there is very little room to twist a spanner.

The old Total T4 test (TT4) is no longer considered the best way to test for T4 levels. T4 and T3 can both be bound by other proteins and hormones in the body. When this happens, the T4 or T3 is not usable by the body. The body can only use T4 and T3 that is not bound, or free. For this reason, Free T4, which only tests the free levels of the hormone, is now preferred over Total T4 testing as more accurate.
T4's "full name" is "Enterobacteria phage T4"!
