The bench of the back seat, actually pops out. You can grab the front of the seat and pull up.
For the back of the seat, you will have to remove two nuts holding the seat belts and two bolts holding the lower seat back. These will be visible once the bench is taken out. After removing the two bolts and two nuts, pull the lower part of the seat back (toward the front of the car) just far enough to clear the seat belt retaining studs. Then lift the seat back up (about two inches) to unhook it from the car. There are 3 hooks that the upper part of the seat back hangs on when it is installed. It may take some effort to do this and expect one side to pop before the other and then re-catch while you are trying to lift the other side. (It helps to have two people when doing this.) Be careful not to pull lower part of the seat forward too far or the seat back hooks will bend.
