This might help and it might not. On the 94 Century, from the back of the alternator, go to the fairwall. You'll find a 4 wire connector, disconnect and remove the regulator.

Why wont it just "slide out" it should. If the "Fender Brace" is in the way remove it and put it back when you've finished. TommyTrouble
i have a 1996 buick century just came back from mechanic head gasket is gone and there is anti freeze in my oil i guess if you had water in your rad then you would have water in your oil.
There are a couple of reasons why the window won't go back up on a 1996 Buick Century. The window may be off track or the window motor has stopped working.
Remove the ignition cylinder retaining ring. Poll the ignition cylinder out. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the ignition cylinder.

The sensor is locatedon the top back of the transmission. You have to remove the air filter, and housing to easily get at at.

Remove the 1994 be a week Century radio decorative cover. Remove the radio retaining screws. Pull the radio out. Remove the wiring harness and the antenna cable from the back of the radio. Reverse the process to install the new radio.
The 1987 Buick Century is equipped with a flasher on each corner of the vehicle. There will be to flashers in the front of the vehicle and to flashers in the back of the vehicle.
remove back seat and crawl through, should be a release near lock so bring a flashlight and a scewdriver
