The lower seats are removed first by pulling the tabs under the edge of the seats, they are locked into place by plastic locks so careful when pulling them out, sometimes the locks will fall into the holes that are holding them.... After getting the lower seat out of the way, the back can then be taken off by using a 10mm(?) socket (15 - 18 MM hold in the seat belts, I don't remember which?) then after undoing a total of 2 - 4 (I think its just 2 for the seat and 2 for the seat belts) bolts you should be able to just lift up from the bottom of the seat to pull it up out of the little slits where the metal brackets on the seats slide down into.
