On a 96 beretta there are 2 bolts just under the front edge of the seat. Then after you remove the seat bottom there are 2 torx bolts (don't remember the size)holding the seat back and seat belts. After you remove the 2 torx bolts then you pull the seat back up to unhook the top of the seat back. torx T50
