I spend hours trying to open and close the sides of my new click 2012 with no success. It did not cross my mind that the battery would be in the front (forehead) of the motorbike. First unscrew the 2 small screws of the triangular piece just above the headlights. Then push up the front angle of the triangular piece (cover) to unlock it. You can do that with a normal screw driver by inserting the tip beneath the edge of the piece and pull up till you hear a click. Then pull the piece towards you slowly but firmly. The battery is just beneath the triangular piece.
