Whenever you are going to work under the dash near the location of the airbag, there is a possibility the airbag can accidently deploy. Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait for 1 or 2 minutes for the airbag system's backup capacitor to discharge. The blower motor is located under the dashboard on the glove box side. Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the three mounting screws. The blower assembly is now ready to remove.

Does blower motor run?
The blower motor is located under the dashboard behind the glove box. Remove the glove box, passenger side scat and the blower motor will be visable.
Replace the blower motor resistor block. It is located under the dash on the passenger side.
The most likely problem is the blower motor making the noise. It may be necessary to remove the box to find the noise for sure.
Disconnect the battery and let the vehicle sit for 20 minutes... Remove the right side panel insulator (passengers side)... Remove the (BCM) body control module and set aside carefully.. Disconnect the power plug to the blower motor.. Remove the screws holding the blower motor.. Remove the blower motor......
Remove the blower motor retaining nuts. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the blower motor. Remove the fan from the blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.
