was wondering if someone can tell me how in detail to remove the tranny from my 1997 chrysler cirrus i need to replace the torque converter seal
Remove the instrument bezel.
Should be a drain plug or petcock at the bottom or rear of the radiator or remove the lower radiator hose The petcock or drain plug is located on the driver's side at the bottom of the radiator. Turn it counter-clockwise to drain.
The coolant drain plug is located on the bottom left side of the radiator when looking from front of car. To access it you must remove the passenger side fog light and push the rubber cover out of the way. It only takes a 1/4 turn and the fluid drains out of the hole in bottom of front spoiler. If it has none, then the bottom radiator hose will have to be removed to drain the coolant.
You have to remove the fuel tank.
Refer to your user and service manual to see how you can remove a radiator from a 1995 Chrysler New Yorker.
Remove left front wheel, remove inner fender well, remove battery.
