There are so many little things involved with removing the dash, your best bet is to probably pick up a haynes manual and go through the dash piece by piece.
Yah id go with the haynes or chilton manual i had a 94 but i think the style changed slightly in 95 but in order to pull mine off alli had to do was pull the dash off that simple. Its one piece i think from the stereo to the left side light switch and i just put my fingers under it and it Popped out hardest part is getting it over the steering wheel.

How to change dash lights on a 95 Ford Ranger?
the easiest way is to take it to a shop and let them do it, you have to remove the dash to get to it
It is under the dash to the left of the stering wheel. On some it is in the fuse pannel. GoodluckJOe
Open the driver's door and look at the side of the dash you can't see when the door is closed.
Just remove the fuse.
You shouldn't have to. All you need is a DIN removal tool from any auto parts store.
how do you fix the speedo cog in the dash of a 1995 ford fiestiva
most likely, thru the glove box. go to autozone and they can give you specifics, but most are under the dash and accessable thru the glove box. hope this helps!
On a 99 ford Ranger it is located right next the radio on the drivers side behind the dash. Remove the radio and you will see in bolted on the left side of the radio hole.
I'm not sure if your Ranger is the same , but on my 1995 Explorer with a similar dash the GEM is in the center stack of the dash , to the left of the radio On a 1997 Ford Ranget 4x4 the Gem module is located as stated above. Behind the radio and to the left.
