pull the beauty ring around the door handle, its a pain. pull the 7mm screws from under the cover where you pull the door shut. pry the front of the window/lock panel up,(it just clips in) once that is up slide the panel forward., unplug everything. now the door panel is only held in by the push in tabs. start at one corner and pry out from the bottom up, once loose slide panel up and the window seal should let loose. that should be all.....now the window regulator is a whole other story its a job...
