The door panels are held on by a torx screw located under the handle used to open the door a Phillips screw located in the slot used to pull the door closed and finally by plastic nubbs with fins on them (sorry I don't know the correct nomenclature). Any how there are about 8 plastic nubbs that hold the panel in place, once the screws are removed simply place a manual window crank remover (about 4 bucks at any auto parts store) or a flat head screw driver on the very bottom of the panel and lift slightly to get a idea of were the panel is secured at. When the nubbs are located put some pressure on the instrument your using (like when extracting a nail with a claw hammer) and gently pop the plastic nubbs out when you have finished popping all the nubbs...pull the trim over the manual lock but---- Do not let the panel go!! Pull it slightly toward you and look for the metal bar that is secured by a plastic arm..pull the plastic arm off the metal bar by pulling towards you the inside of the car. Then pull the bar up out of the hole it is placed in. That's it!!! The trim should come off after that to get it back on just do everything backwards and bamm your done.
