Remove the screws from the bottom of the trim and the one from inside the handle. The trip is mostly clipped onto the door and also has some foam stuck around the side as a seal
It will not take long at all to remove door trim from a Renault Menage. All you have to do is remove the bottom 10 mm bolts on the door, un-clip the door lights, undo the plastic trimming from the clips, unscrew the door cover and then remove all trimming.
You can remove the outside trim by using a blow dryer or a heat gun to soften the adhesive underneath. Then you slowly work you way down. Then use laquer thinner or something like it to remove residue that is left. Hope this helps.

take screws out and pull door trim off
The inside door trim is held in place by several retaining clips. Pry outward on each retaining clip to remove the trim.
You have to take the inside door trim out of the door, then there will be some bolts on the inside of the door remove the nuts and your door latch will come out.
remove the inner door panel, you can access the bolts from the inside of the door.
Remove the door bezel.Remove the window switch.Remove the door pull trim bezel.Remove the 2 7MM bolts behind the door pull trim bezel.Using a door panel tool, you should be able to remove the plastic clips behind the door panel.
Remove the screws, pull out with a trim puller.
Remove the front door trim panel. Remove the front window trim. Unplug the power mirror. Remove the access hole cover. Finally, remove the nuts holding the mirror to the door frame.
* Pull the inside door handle to the open position and carefully pry the upper edge of the handle bezel out of the door trim panel with a flat-blade screwdriver.Lift the bezel upward and remove it from the trim panel.On front doors flip it over and unplug the electrical connector from the power door lock switch.Remove the bezel from the trim panel * Remove the window regulator handle * Remove the trim panel screws * Once all screws are removed detach the trim panel from the door disconnect any electrical connectors and remove the trim panel from the car by lifting it up and away from the door
