How do you remove the entire wiper arm on a 2004 blazer?
I'm not sure about your particular vehicle here. But if you don't see any nuts at the base of the wiper arm, you'll probably want to use a special tool. Usually these tools can be found at any auto parts store if you tell them what kind of vehicle you drive. They're generally not that pricey. It shouldn't be any different than any other. At the base of the wiper arm is a cap that lifts up. Under the cap is a nut. Propbably takes a half inch wrench. Unscrew the nut and pull off the wiper arm.

The 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe has hook-end wiper arms. Press a little tab where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook. Then pull the wiper blade out of the hook. Be sure to purchase the correct replacements first by looking up your vehicle in the wiper blade books at the store or lookup wiper blade size online. Remove two push on caps on wiper arms. Remove nuts and wiper arms, disconnect washer hoses. Remove "push in" plastic retainers on plastic cowl grille and remove grille. Disconnect electrical plug on motor. Remove 3 bolts securing wiper transmission/motor. Lift out assembly. Remove motor from transmission - 2 torx screws and nut on motor shaft @ trans link. Note position of trans link on motor shaft. Reverse all to reinstall.
